LMR have recently been working on this self build in Ashton, Northants. We assisted at the very early stages of the project by carrying out a stone match to ensure the new dwelling was in keeping with the surrounding area. Via our established network of suppliers, the block and beam was supplied cut to size and direct to site. The customer was also given a lintel schedule based on the working drawings. As the project progressed we carried out a site survey, alongside our posi joist and truss manufacturer, to take some final measurements before they were put into production and delivered direct to site for the customer to install. The customer is now carrying out the first fix on the dwelling and we will continue to supply the project through to second fix and completion.
